Job summary

Mentor Match is seeking a dedicated individual to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5, spanning CBSE, British, American, and IB curricula. This role treats the curriculum as a product, shaping what is taught, how it is structured, and how it evolves for young learners.

You will design the framework, launch and iterate with feedback from tutors and students, and collaborate with academic teams and operations to scale content with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development for early grades (1–5).
• Ability to frame, design, and build a product rather than just create content.
• Proficiency with digital tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of early years pedagogy and student engagement.

About the Role

We're looking for someone to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5. This isn't just content creation — you'll frame the product from the ground up: what we teach, how it's structured, how it's delivered, and how it evolves. You'll treat the curriculum as a product, with learners as your users.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end curriculum product for Grades 1–5 across curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB)
• Design the product framework — learning outcomes, lesson structures, assessment banks, and progression paths
• Build and iterate: launch, gather feedback from tutors and students, and improve continuously
• Work with tech tools and AI-assisted workflows to build and scale content efficiently
• Collaborate with tutors, academic teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
• Track quality and learning outcomes, and use data to refine the product
