Qualifications

• B Tech or MTech in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the transmission systems and behicle integration design and development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and high-quality products in the EV industry.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle integration is a plus.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of product development processes, including design thinking, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
