Job summary

Fedible Finance seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision and execution from Bengaluru. This on-site, full-time role will drive the technology roadmap, ensuring scalable and secure systems that support financial services and data-driven decision making.

You will oversee engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity practices, mentor teams, and shape product and technology strategies in a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology leadership roles within financial services, fintech, or data-driven product organizations.
• Strong background in software engineering, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., microservices, APIs, distributed systems).
• Expertise in data management and analytics, including data architecture, governance, security, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of information security, regulatory compliance, and risk management in finance or fintech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor diverse technical teams, foster collaboration, and establish engineering best practices.
• Experience in product and technology strategy, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and aligning technology investments with business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with founders, executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
• Academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business exposure is a plus.
• Experience scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments, preferably across multiple products or business lines.

Role Description

This role includes defining the technology roadmap, aligning platforms and products with business and regulatory requirements, and ensuring scalable, secure systems that support financial services and data-driven decision-making. The CTO will oversee engineering and IT teams, manage software development lifecycles, and implement best practices in architecture, infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with leadership on product strategy, evaluating and integrating new technologies and tools, setting standards for code quality and deployment, and managing vendor and partner relationships. The CTO will also mentor technical talent, build a high-performance culture, and ensure technology operations support reliability, compliance, and continuous innovation across Fedibles ecosystem.
