Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Consulting Support Services – Senior

CSS enhances Consulting project delivery by providing comprehensive project management, business analysis, and coordination support across the project lifecycle. The team is responsible for enabling successful project execution through governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk management, requirements management, and delivery oversight across all Fields of Play.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to both Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines, offering opportunities to work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leadership while developing expertise in consulting, transformation programs, and strategic initiatives.

As a Business Analyst and Project Management professional, you will support organizations in defining business needs, analyzing processes, managing requirements, coordinating project execution, monitoring risks and dependencies, and ensuring solutions are delivered successfully to achieve intended business outcomes. You will play a critical role in driving collaboration between business and technology teams while maintaining focus on scope, quality, timelines, and value realization.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, operating models, workflows, and business rules to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities and solution design.
• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and process evaluations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop business cases, support proposal development, RFP responses, and identify data‑driven insights for client engagements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate solution outcomes, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Support change management, user adoption, training activities, and transition of solutions into business operations.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities across multiple engagements.
• Manage project financial tracking, forecasting, budgeting, invoicing support, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, coordinate mitigations, and escalate concerns when required.
• Facilitate governance forums, project review meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives and commitments.
• Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and project dependencies across workstreams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Prince2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Agile, or equivalent are preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, or Program Management support.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Project, Visio, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Understanding of business process modeling methodologies and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile frameworks, DevOps, product management, and requirements management practices.
