Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of CSR projects at the grassroots level.
• Conduct regular field visits to project locations and monitor activities.
• Coordinate with government officials, partners, schools, communities, and beneficiaries.
• Collect project data, feedback, photos, testimonials for documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, case studies, and presentations.
• Support organization of community meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Track activities and report progress to the CSR team.
• Maintain project records in an organized manner.
• Represent Walkaroo Foundation professionally during field visits.

Ltd.) is seeking a passionate and committed CSR Field Executive to support the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across Kerala. This is a field-intensive role that involves working closely with communities, government departments, implementation partners, schools, and beneficiaries to ensure effective project delivery and meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of CSR projects at the grassroots level.
• Conduct regular field visits to project locations and monitor project activities.
• Coordinate with government officials, implementation partners, schools, community organizations, and beneficiaries.
• Collect project data, beneficiary feedback, photographs, testimonials, and other information required for project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project reports, case studies, success stories, presentations, and other project-related documents.
• Support the organization of community meetings, awareness programmes, training sessions, exhibitions, and project events.
• Track project activities and timelines and report progress to the CSR team.
• Maintain project records and documentation in an organized manner.
• Represent Walkaroo Foundation professionally during field visits and stakeholder interactions.

Eligibility & Skills

Essential

• Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree from a reputed institution.
• Freshers with a strong passion for social development and community engagement are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to field conditions.
• Commitment to working closely with communities at the grassroots level.

Desirable

• Up to one year of experience in CSR, NGO, community development, or social sector projects.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Experience in event coordination, volunteering, or community engagement activities.
• Basic understanding of project monitoring and reporting.
