Job summary

Career International 科锐国际 is hiring experienced CS Core Network Engineers for a large-scale telecom project based in Egypt. You will deliver, integrate, commission, optimize and troubleshoot CS Core and IMS/SBC elements on a live network, ensuring stability and QoS across 2G/3G/4G/5G.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to design reviews. The role requires hands-on experience with MSC, MGW, HSS, STP-DRA and signaling protocols such as ISUP,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years (L2) or 8+ years (L3) hands-on experience in CS Core / IMS / SBC environments.
• Strong background in CS/IMS product stacks; multi-vendor experience (e.g. Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco) is a plus.
• Experience working on international telecom projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to deliver under pressure.
• Good communication skills; able to produce technical reports and liaise with customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, commission, configure, and optimize CS Core and IMS/SBC products (CGP, SPG, CSC, ATS, MRP, SBC, CCF).
• Operate and maintain CS Core elements including MSC, MGW, HSS, STP-DRA.
• Perform signaling analysis and troubleshooting across SS7, ISUP, SIP/SDP, Diameter protocols.
• Handle call flows and mobility procedures including CSFB, SRVCC and eSRVCC.
• Configure and troubleshoot interconnection between CS/IMS and peripheral systems: DRA, EPC, 5GC, PCRF, HSS, IN.
• Manage Diameter routing and B-number analysis; support VoLTE, VoNR, and SVC solution architecture.

We are hiring experienced CS (Circuit Switched) Core Network Engineers to join a large-scale telecommunications project based in Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-generational core network deployments in a dynamic international environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the delivery, integration, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of CS Core and IMS/SBC network elements on a live network. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will ensure network stability, quality of service, and continuous improvement across 2G/3G/4G/5G domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, commission, configure, and optimize CS Core and IMS/SBC products (CGP, SPG, CSC, ATS, MRP, SBC, CCF)
• Operate and maintain CS Core elements including MSC, MGW, HSS, STP-DRA
• Perform signaling analysis and troubleshooting across SS7 (MTP3/SCCP), M3UA/M2UA, BICC, ISUP, SIP/SDP/Diameter protocols
• Handle call flows and mobility procedures: call, SMS, handover, location update, CSFB, SRVCC, eSRVCC, anchoring, and domain selection
• Configure and troubleshoot interconnection between CS/IMS and peripheral systems: DRA, EPC, 5GC, PCRF, HSS, IN
• Manage B-number analysis, routing, and Diameter routing via DRA
• Support VoLTE, VoNR, and SVC solution architecture
• Perform upgrade, capacity expansion, and patching activities on Cloud IMS nodes
• Design and review HLD network designs; support overlay networking schemes
• (L3/Senior) Lead complex fault resolution, emergency handling, and network design reviews; mentor junior engineers

Technical Requirements

Core Knowledge (All Levels)

• IMS/SBC products: CGP, SPG, CSC, ATS, MRP, SBC, CCF — architecture and principles
• CS Core products: MSC, MGW, HSS, STP-DRA — architecture and principles
• Protocols: MTP3/SCCP, M3UA/M2UA, BICC, ISUP, SIP/SDP, Diameter, TCAP/CAMEL/INAP, H.248/MGCP
• Interconnection with DRA, EPC, 5GC, PCRF, HSS, IN — data configuration and troubleshooting
• Services: anchoring, domain selection, emergency call, QoS, roaming, xSRVCC
• B-number analysis, routing, flexible Diameter routing in DRA

What We Are Looking For
