You'll gain real-world experience, mentorship from senior traders, and a monthly stipend up to ₹20,000 based on performance. A Letter of Recommendation and PPO opportunities are also offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse top cryptocurrencies across short-term and swing trade setups.
• Study crypto market trends, price action patterns, and news-driven moves.
• Track on-chain data, market sentiment, and funding rates on exchanges.
• Execute paper/live trades on trading platforms under expert mentorship.
• Prepare daily trade plans, backtest strategies, and maintain performance journals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop risk-managed crypto portfolios.

You’ll gain practical exposure to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Altcoins, and Stablecoins, while understanding how global news, market psychology, and technical indicators affect crypto price movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse top cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, etc.) across short‑term and swing trade setups
• Study crypto market trends, price action patterns, and news‑driven moves
• Track on‑chain data, market sentiment, and funding rates on exchanges
• Execute paper/live trades on trading platforms under expert mentorship
• Prepare daily trade plans, backtest strategies, and maintain performance journals
• Understand crypto‑specific risks, volatility, and trading psychology
• Collaborate with the team to develop risk‑managed crypto portfolios

Who Should Apply?

• Students or recent grads in Finance, Economics, Tech, or Blockchain‑related fields
