Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing cross-border payments.
• Handle payment inquiries, wire investigations, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction data.
• Resolve complex client queries with timely service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Participate in UAT testing and process improvements.
• Support and guide new joiners and team members.
• Follow risk, control, and compliance procedures.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Cross-Border Payments, Cash Operations, and Private Banking to support client service teams within Asset & Wealth Management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle payment investigations, escalations, and client requests in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing money transfers and cross-border payment requests.
• Handle payment inquiries, wire investigations, escalations, and transaction-related issues.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction data.
• Resolve complex client queries while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Participate in UAT testing, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
• Support and guide new joiners and team members.
• Follow risk, control, and compliance procedures to safeguard client assets.
