Job summary

Capital Infratechomes is seeking a senior customer relationship professional to manage CRM-driven processes across the client lifecycle in residential real estate. You will ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and smooth onboarding from booking to handover.

You will coordinate with accounts for payments, handle inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction through innovative solutions, while aligning with RERA and GST guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a similar Real Estate role (Residential).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, including customization and integration.
• Excellent communication skills with customers at all levels.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM system to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.
• Oversee client onboarding from booking to possession and handover.
• Manage allotment letters, BBAs, ATS registrations per RERA and GST.
• Track payments, issue demand letters, remind customers, and reconcile with accounts.
• Handle customer queries and escalations via calls, email, or messaging.

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage CRM system to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.


• Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee client onboarding from the initial booking, welcome calls, and agreement signing all the way to final possession and handover.


• Documentation & Compliance: Manage the execution of Allotment Letters, Builder-Buyer Agreements (BBA), Agreement to Sale (ATS) registrations, and ensure adherence to RERA and GST guidelines.


• Payments & Collections: Track payment schedules, raise demand letters, send reminders, and coordinate with the accounts team for tracking and reconciliation.


• Grievance Redressal: Handle customer queries, service requests, and escalations professionally via calls, emails, or messaging platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry ( Residential )


• Strong understanding of CRM systems, including customization options and integration capabilities.


• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.


• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction ratings through innovative solutions.
