Holtara, backed by Apex Group, is seeking an Implementation Specialist Analyst to support Global Client Success Managers with ESG client deliverables, research, and marketing materials. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage project timelines, prepare dashboards, and contribute to upsell strategies across regions, while learning on the job and advancing ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability/ESG or business administration.
• 1-3 years in Client support or ESG Operations for private equity services.
• Experience with international clients in a client-support role.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Global CSMs.
• Coordinate onboarding calls with clients and map project timelines.
• Ensure delivery quality and timely reporting reflecting ESG priorities.
• Prepare client feedback presentations and proposals; assist in questionnaires.

The candidate will be responsible for providing support to Global Client Success Managers (CSM) in achieving company's client deliverables, research, and marketing materials and for other related tasks. The Role & Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Global CSMs team.
• Coordinating on-boarding and kick-off calls with clients. Mapping out the project timeline and workload.
• Ensure all aspects of client engagement and delivery are coordinated, aligned and efficient.
• Ensure a consistently high quality of report delivery, both in content and timing, reflective of the client needs, ESG priorities and high impact potential.
• Proactively identify aspects of the delivery process and products themselves that can be improved to ensure that Apex ESG remains efficient and best-in-class.
• Prepare and maintain project tracker to ensure all the projects are updated on timely basis.
• Maintenance of internal tools used for project tracking
• Support Global CSMs to prepare client feedback presentations / client proposals / weekly check-ins
• Assist in client questionnaire and perform analysis on the results.
• Manage client queries on ESG products
• Support CSMs to build strategies with ongoing contact with clients and Portfolio companies for upsell opportunities.
• Manage sales support function for ESG.
• Work independently and in collaboration with a wide team of CSMs across regions.
• Coordinate new portfolio companies set up in ESG Portal.
• Coordinate with clients / PCs facing issues related ESG Portal.
• Prepare dashboard for management team to monitor progress of prospects.
• The role involves extensive on-the-job learning and candidates must be self-motivated
• The role requires strong project management and coordination skills, as candidates will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress against timelines, monitoring key deliverables, and ensuring successful execution through effective stakeholder communication and reporting.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability / ESG / business administration would be an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience as Client support / ESG Operations for Private Equity services is preferred.
• Experience in a client support role, preferably with high profile, international clients.
• The ability to engage, build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external, for the good of our philosophy to drive positive change for people and planet.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and prioritization.
• IT skills: Advance Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to a high level is essential.
