Job summary

Purview Services seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to lead design and implementation across marketing and customer service modules. You will architect solutions, develop custom plugins, and integrate systems such as SharePoint and data sources using Kingsway Soft.

The role requires deep SQL scripting, JScript/C# development, and REST/SOAP API know-how, with readiness for UAE calendar business hours and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience in Dynamics CRM development, deployment and customization.
• Strong proficiency with the MS Dynamics 365 cloud platform.
• Experience implementing CRM cloud modules including Marketing and Customer Service.
• Development and deployment of custom plugins; integration projects using Kingsway Soft.
• Proficient in SQL server scripting and data integration across systems.
• Experience designing technical solutions for Dynamics 365 CE with workflows, JavaScript, and C# plugins.
• Familiar with SOAP/REST APIs, API management, and ETL for integrations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, BizTalk and Dataverse integration.
• Nice to have Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal).
• Willingness to work per UAE business calendar and support 24/7 environments.

• Act as SME or solution architect to gather requirements and provide designs.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in developing, deploying, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency with MS CRM D365 cloud platform is required
• Experience with implementation of CRM cloud - Marketing and customer service modules is must
• Technical Skills:
• Development and deployment of custom plugins.
• Developing SSIS packages and third-party integration using Kingsway Soft.
• Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and data sources.
• Proficient in SQL server scripting, including writing, coding, testing, and analysing software programs and applications throughout the production life cycle.
• Developing and designing technical solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM (JScript, C# plugins, web Services, systems integration, workflows).
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, and options like ETL for inbound and outbound API integrations.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, BizTalk, and Common Data Services is required
• Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with environmental setup, installation and configuration, backup and restores, plugin development, and workflow development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, and Dataverse (CDS) is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work on application development and support projects in accordance with the UAE business calendar and holidays is essential.
• On-call rotation to support a 24/7 environment, including outside business hours.
