Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, India, seeks a diligent post-sales coordinator to strengthen customer relationships after purchase.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and Facility teams, and ensure timely documentation and possession processes. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, preparing MIS reports, handling payments updates and escalations, and keeping customers informed on project progress.
