The role requires 2–3 years in critical care, valid BLS/ACLS, and preference for CCRN. You will participate in rapid response, educate families, and contribute to quality improvement while advancing your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related health discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a critical care or intensive care setting.
• Current certification in patient care (e.g., BLS, ACLS, CCRN preferred).
• Demonstrated competence in performing critical care assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough critical care assessments, including neurological, cardiovascular, and respiratory evaluations.
• Administer and monitor medications, ventilator settings, and hemodynamic support in accordance with protocols.
• Document patient status, interventions, and response accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in rapid response and code‑blue teams, providing timely interventions.
• Educate patients, families, and junior staff on care plans and recovery processes.
• Assist in quality improvement projects and audits to enhance unit performance.
