Crew AI Engineer3**Primary Skills -*** 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.* Strong hands-on experience with CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.* Proficiency in Python, including experience with async programming and API integration.* Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering.* Design, develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to support interoperability between simulation or AI components.* Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings.* Strong understanding of RAG concepts.* Strong understanding of GIT* MCP server implementation experience* Experience building and deploying production-ready agent-based solutions.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.**Secondary Skills -*** Good to have knowledge of React.js/java script/CSS/HTML/node.js.* Data base skills, Azure development and deployment experience, AWS development and deployment experience, Dynamo DB preferableWorking at Jade Global Talented people are drawn to world-class organizations that offer outstanding opportunities, and Jade Global is an employer of choice for individuals around the world.
