Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Crew AI Engineer3 to lead AI/ML automation initiatives. You will design, build and maintain MCP interfaces for interoperable simulation components while integrating with CrewAI and other frameworks.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production‑grade agent deployments, plus strong Python and async API skills for scalable AI solutions in a fast‑paced team.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in Python, including experience with async programming and API integration.
• Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering.
• Design, develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to support interoperability between simulation or AI components.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings.
• Strong understanding of RAG concepts.
• Strong understanding of GIT.
• MCP server implementation experience.
• Experience building and deploying production‑ready agent‑based solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
