Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating repayment capacity, conducting risk assessment per credit norms, coordinating with sales, credit, legal and technical teams, reviewing CIBIL reports, and ensuring compliance before loan approval.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Affordable LAP underwriting.
• Knowledge of banking/NBFC credit policies and processes.
• Ability to analyze financial and property documents.
• Familiarity with CIBIL and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
