You will support deal structuring, lender coordination and due diligence, and prepare investment memos and compliant presentations for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in credit analysis, IB, structured finance or debt advisory.
• Expertise in financial modelling, DCF, credit ratios & stress testing.
• Good understanding of Indian banks & NBFC lending.
