Proclink is seeking a Senior Analyst in Hyderabad, India to lead analytics efforts, develop dashboards, and derive actionable insights for business decision-making. You will guide a small team and collaborate with business, product, operations, and technology teams to deliver analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, data analytics, and dashboard development using Power BI or Tableau, with experience in credit card acquisition and onboarding analytics as a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and performance metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Track and analyze key business KPIs, identify deviations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve existing analytical processes.
• Lead a team of 2-3 people.
