Job summary

WNS Holdings is seeking an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst in Bengaluru to prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for Credit Risk and Commercial Banking portfolios.

You will consolidate data from multiple systems, develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, and automate recurring tasks with Excel VBA/Macros. A strong SQL background is an advantage for data extraction and validation.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Finance, Analytics or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 25 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and deliver monthly, weekly, and ad hoc MIS reports and dashboards for Credit Risk and Commercial Banking portfolios.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, and integrity checks from multiple internal systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI & Tableau and automate reporting with Excel VBA/Macros.
• Knowledge of SQL to write and optimize queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting (advantage).
• Analyze reporting trends, identify data discrepancies, perform RCA, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Credit Risk reporting by monitoring portfolio performance, exposure trends, risk metrics, and key indicators.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, implement report enhancements, and ensure timely distribution.
• Document reporting processes, business logic, and SOPs; support automation and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, and integrity checks by consolidating data from multiple internal systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI & Tableau and automate recurring reporting activities using Excel VBA/Macros.
• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting will be an added advantage.
• Analyze reporting trends, identify data discrepancies, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Credit Risk reporting by monitoring portfolio performance, exposure trends, risk metrics, and key business indicators.
• Work with Commercial Credit datasets. A basic understanding of financial statements, loan portfolios, and portfolio monitoring will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, implement report enhancements, and ensure timely report distribution.
• Document reporting processes, business logic, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while supporting reporting automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
