Acuity Knowledge Partners in Bengaluru seeks exceptionally intelligent, resourceful individuals for its Fundamental Credit Research team within Investment Research, focused on fixed income securities globally.

You will analyze debt issuers, forecast financials, perform scenario and covenant analyses, and prepare credit opinions. The role covers diverse issuers across global sectors from the Bangalore base.

Qualificações

• MBA (Finance) with experience in building FIC models and real-time earnings summaries.
• CFA and FRM certifications are an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and update detailed credit models including KPI projections and debt-structure analysis.
• Prepare credit reports and real-time earnings updates for covered companies.
• Perform rising star and fallen angel analyses; provide issuer opinions and rating recommendations.
• Experience in bond recommendations and relative valuation.
• Interact with clients and manage expectations; write analytical reports and earnings call summaries.
• Experience with HY and DD debt is desirable; develop checklists and dashboards.
• Suggest improvements to TAT and efficiency.

We are seekingexceptionally intelligent, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to bepart of our Fundamental Credit Research team. The team resides withinInvestment Research and responsible for providing research and opinionrelated to fixed income securities globally.

The research processinvolves analysis of the debt instrument issuers, including financial ratioanalysis, financial forecasting of issuer’s financial statements, scenarioanalysis, capital structure, issuer profiling, peer comparison, evaluation offundamental credit strength and issuing credit opinion on the issuers andspecific debt issues.

The individual will be partof the Fixed Income team based out of Bangalore. The team covers a widevariety of fixed income instrument issuers spanning across global, sectorsand asses classes.

Key responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

• Building and updating detailedcredit models including KPI based projections, debt capital structureanalysis, covenant analysis, distressed debt analysis and recovery analysis,
• Preparing credit reports, evenupdate, real time earnings on companies under coverage
• Ability to perform Rising starand fallen angel analysis
• Providing opinion and ratingrecommendation on the issuers
• Experience in giving bondrecommendation and performing relative valuation
• Responsible for clientinteraction and managing client expectations
• Experience in writing analyticalreports and earnings conference call summaries
• Work experience in working on HYand DD debt is desirable
• Prepare and implement checklist,dashboard, quality control tools
• Provides input and ideas forimprovement in TAT and efficiency

Core Skills Required
