Role & responsibilities

• Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of equity, and debt offerings. Participate in due diligence processes and prepare transaction-related documents.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and industry research. Evaluate market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and presentation of findings and recommendations.
• Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, analysts, and other departments to ensure successful execution of transactions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and potential deal opportunities to support business development efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics.
