Job summary

Oxyzo Financial Services is seeking an Underwriter/Appraisal specialist to evaluate SME loan proposals in line with policy and TATs. You will analyze financial statements, cash flows, bank statements, and perform ratio analysis to assess working capital/term loan needs.

The role involves qualitative and quantitative assessments, PD discussions, and collaboration with Sales and Operations to drive disbursements while monitoring risk and portfolio performance for policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and underwrite loan applications post credit processing.
• Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis including PD interviews to assess creditworthiness.
• Perform financial analysis: assess balance sheets, profitability, and net worth.
• Assess banking statements, EMI patterns, tax filings, and GST compliance.
• Carry out legal checks and identify any existing complaints or legal red flags.
• Recommend loan decisions (Approve/Reject) per credit policy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support disbursements and targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest policy updates based on risk insights.

Underwriting / Appraisal of credit proposals in line with the policy within laid down TATs. Analyzing the Financial statements, Cash flow / Bank statements, and Ratio analysis for assessment of working capital/ Term Loan/ other funding requirements of the SME.
