Job summary

Meenu's Dosa in Kolkata is seeking a Field Operations Assistant to survey areas, collect data, and support branch and performance targets. You will coordinate with the Area Manager and Operations Manager to implement audit programs across branches.

• Collect data from initial survey of residents in a prospective locality and pass to the Area Manager.
• Assist the AM in setting up new branches.
• Trouble-shooting problems that cannot be tackled by juniors.
• Supervise and analyze data from initial survey and pass to the Operations Manager.
• Assist the OM in setting up new branches.
• Chalk out a yearly audit program for all branches.
• Deploy staff to implement this program.
• Prepare an audit checklist for branch audits.
• Audit reports should be branch-wise.
