Clix Capital Services Private Limited is seeking a compliance/audit professional to oversee regulatory updates, perform audits, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with banks, regulators, and auditors to ensure effective controls and timely reporting.

The candidate will engage in vendor visits, RBI/SEBI compliance checks, and continuous improvement of governance processes across branches and functions.

Responsibilities

• Visit and coordinate high-value branches and vendor visits, including collection agencies.
• Submit reports to Management with timely resolutions.
• Update on RBI guidelines, SEBI LODR and other regulatory changes; ensure compliance.
• Audit of recently implemented guidelines and follow-up on open observations with stakeholders.
• Quarterly testing of closure points and monitoring RCМ controls.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and IA for testing and data requirements.
• Submit RCМ findings along with testing results to statutory auditors and compliance team.

Job description

Compliance Check

• RCMself-certification and monitoring
• RCM updation and testing of controls
• Coordinationwith Stat auditor and IA for testing

Vigilance Mechanism

• Monthlycustomer calls on selected samples to get the on-ground feedbacks
• Identifyindustry wide recent changes and new processes
• Leadgenerated from vigilance to be incorporated in audits

Audit Assistance

• Coordination and follow up with auditee on datarequirement
• Transactional and basic analytical workings
• Increase productivity and effectiveness in audit

Other work

• Coordinatewith Statutory auditors for their data requirements
• Submissionof RCM along with testing results to Statutory auditors
• Submissionof data for RBI and NHB audits to Compliance team
