Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in credit management.
• Track record in credit risk assessment and collections.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit scoring understanding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit lifecycle from application assessment to collections and recovery.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis using financial statements, credit reports, and data.
• Establish and maintain credit limits and terms in line with policy.
• Develop collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debt.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify potential credit risks.
