Job summary

Dinoxo seeks a skilled Credit Manager to join the Business Loan team in Bengaluru. You will evaluate and underwrite Business Loan proposals, analyze financial statements and CIBIL reports, and ensure compliance with credit policies, enabling sound lending decisions.

The role requires hands-on underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, and thorough KYC/due diligence. Immediate joiners preferred, with emphasis on risk assessment and portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Credit Underwriting.
• MSME/SME lending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and banking analysis.
• Experience in NBFCs/Banking sector preferred.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our Business Loan team. The role involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial information, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite Business Loan proposals
• Analyze financial statements, bank statements and cash flows
• Analyze CIBIL reports and identify credit risks
• Conduct Digi-PD for office and residence verification
• Review KYC and loan documentation
• Assess the customer's business profile, stability and repayment capacity
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for case processing
• Take/recommend clear credit decisions with proper justification
• Monitor portfolio quality and identify early risk indicators

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-5 years of experience in Credit Underwriting
• Business Loan / MSME / SME lending experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and banking analysis
• Hands-on experience in CIBIL analysis and loan documentation
• Good knowledge of KYC and compliance processes
• Experience in NBFCs / Banking sector preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
