Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Analyst for the SME Credit team in Mumbai. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, preparing detailed credit appraisal notes, and supporting risk assessment for SME clients.

The candidate will prepare CRANs, interact with clients, monitor accounts, and produce regular portfolio reports, ensuring compliance with sanction terms and escalating non-compliances as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment)
• CA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients
• Coordinate with business teams to finalize terms and conditions from a risk perspective
• Interact with clients to gather required financial and operational information
• Monitor accounts in line with sanction terms and highlight deviations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports
• Identify and elevate non-compliances along with recommended action plans
• Conduct site visits to client units and submit detailed inspection reports
• Manage and address escalations related to credit and risk assessments
