The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, preparing detailed credit appraisal notes, and supporting risk assessment and portfolio monitoring for SME clients. Key duties include preparing CRANs, coordinating with business teams on terms from a risk perspective, interacting with clients to gather financial data, monitoring accounts, and producing monthly and quarterly portfolio reports.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment).
• CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients.
• Coordinate with business teams to finalize terms and conditions from a risk perspective.
• Interact with clients to gather required financial and operational information.
• Monitor accounts in line with sanction terms and highlight deviations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports.
• Identify and elevate non-compliances with recommended action plans.

About the Role
