Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Credit Analyst for the SME Credit team to evaluate creditworthiness, prepare detailed credit appraisal notes, and support risk assessment and portfolio monitoring for SME clients.

The role requires 2–6 years of experience in credit underwriting; CA or MBA (Finance) is preferred. You will interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor portfolios under sanction terms, reporting to the Credit Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate).
• CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients.
• Coordinate with business teams to finalize terms and conditions from a risk perspective.
• Interact with clients to gather required financial and operational information.
• Monitor accounts in line with sanction terms and highlight deviations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports.
• Identify and escalation non-compliances along with recommended action plans.
• Conduct site visits to client units and submit detailed inspection reports.
• Manage and address escalations related to credit and risk assessments.
