Role Description

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness of corporate, SME, and private clients, preparing detailed credit proposals, and supporting the structuring of financing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, cash flows, collateral, and market conditions; preparing credit memos; and contributing to risk assessments and approval documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external lenders, maintaining accurate records, monitoring existing client exposures, and supporting refinancing or consolidation strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with clients and financial institutions and participation in client meetings and lender discussions.

• Prior experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, NBFCs, or debt advisory is preferred, along with strong ethical judgment and a client-centric approach.
