Qualifikationen

• B.com/M.Com / MBA (Finance) / PGDM preferred.
• 4-8 years of credit experience in Secured Business Loans, LAP or home loans at an NBFC, HFC or bank.
• Strong understanding of financials, cash flow assessment and property documentation.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad and Telangana property markets.
• Sound judgment, strong communication and willingness to travel for PDs and site visits.
• Fluency in English and Telugu. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.

• Underwrite Secured Business Loan and Prime LAP proposals for self-employed customers within delegated authority.
• Assess repayment capacity through financial statement analysis, banking analysis, GST returns and ITRs.
• Conduct personal discussions (PDs) with customers and site visits to business premises and property.
• Evaluate collateral using legal and technical (valuation) reports; ensure LTV, FOIR and policy compliance.
• Prepare credit appraisal memos (CAMs) with clear risk mitigates and recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, legal and technical vendors for timely, accurate decisions.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) targets while keeping portfolio quality high.
• Monitor early delinquencies and share feedback on sourcing quality.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policy and RBI guidelines.
