Job summary

Headcounts Hr is seeking a seasoned credit analyst to evaluate financial statements, cash flows and borrower information, and to assess creditworthiness. The role includes preparing appraisal notes and recommending credit limits while monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have 5-6 years in credit analysis or related financial services, with strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of lending practices and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, corporate/SME banking, or financial services.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Good knowledge of lending practices and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• CA/MBA Finance/CFA/FRM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
