Job summary

Cynet Systems is seeking an HR Credentialing Coordinator to support the credentialing process for nurses and clinicians during onboarding. You will work with Account Managers to ensure timely and compliant credentialing services.

Ideal candidates have HR or healthcare experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules for lab work and drug testing while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or Recruitment/Hiring.
• Knowledge of HR and Compliance is preferred.
• Credentialing medical personnel and onboarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As an HR Credentialing Coordinator your will provide comprehensive support services to our Medical Staffing

Account Managers in the credentialing process for our Nurses and Clinicians during onboarding.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Communicating with Nurses and other caregivers during onboarding process.
• Verifies licensing and other credentials
• Schedule Lab-work and Drug Tests
• Maintain and audit all Credentialing records as per JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Maintain credential files in an orderly and current manner.
• Provides research and administrative support to special projects.
• Ensures HIPAA guidelines are respected by safeguarding protected health information in the capacity of the position and responsibilities.

Your Experience:

• Experience in HR or Recruitment/Hiring
• Knowledge of HR and Compliance
• Knowledge of JCAHO will be a big plus (training will be provided)
• Prior Experience in credentialing medical personnel and onboarding is a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Healthcare domain is a plus.
