CompuGroup Medical, Inc. seeks a Sr. Associate Credentialing to manage day-to-day credentialing operations for US providers. You will verify education, licenses and certifications, coordinate with the Credentialing Manager, and ensure timely completion of credentialing files.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in US RCM credentialing, CAQH proficiency, and strong documentation skills. The role requires flexibility in shifts within our global e-health environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Credentialing within US RCM.
• Knowledge of CAQH modules and provider enrollment.
• Graduate degree required.
• Basic knowledge of Internet concepts, Windows, Microsoft, and Adobe products.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts as per business needs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day credentialing and privileging activities for network providers.
• Coordinate with Credentialing Manager to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Verify primary source data (education, board certifications, licensure, and other documents).
• Ensure timely credentialing and re-credentialing within required timeframes.
• Contact payers for enrollment application status and take necessary actions.

What you can do for us:

• Should have working experience in US Healthcare -Credentialing Process-Payer and Provider Processes.
• Ensure credentialing processes are following professional standards, bylaws, state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operational credentialing and privileging activities. Collaborating with the Credentialing Manager to ensure proper functioning of activities, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a resource and subject matter expert, resolving issues, Coordinating with Credentialing contacts regarding the credentialing process.
• Verifying primary source data, such as provider education, board certifications, licensure, and other eligibilities /documents.
• Ensuring timely credentialing and re-credentialing of network providers and working with Internal/External Team to ensure credentialing files completed within timeframe and compliance.
• Calling Payers for Enrollment application status and take necessary action.

Profile Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credentialing in US RCM industry.
• Should have knowledge in CAQH modules, provider enrollment. Overall, should be expertise with CAQH.
• Candidate should be a graduate.
• Basic knowledge about Internet Concepts, Windows, Micorsoft ,Adobe products.
• Should possess strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts, based on business need.
