Job summary

All in Motion is seeking a Creative Team Lead to manage end-to-end production of campaigns, coordinating between clients, creative, account teams, and external partners. You will oversee shoots, post-production, and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years of creative production experience, handling brand campaigns and integrated campaigns, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in creative production, preferably with an advertising/creative agency.
• Experience handling brand campaigns, films, digital content, social media, animation, motion graphics, and integrated campaigns.
• Proven experience managing clients, creative teams, and external production partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team and oversee end-to-end execution of creative campaigns and content from brief to final delivery.
• Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into practical creative and production plans.
• Coordinate with clients, creative teams, account management, and external production partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, scope, deliverables, and production schedules.
• Set and manage realistic expectations with clients and internal teams on timelines, scope, revisions, feasibility, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate client feedback, reviews, approvals, and production requirements.
• Oversee shoots and post-production including editing, animation, motion graphics, VFX, sound, colour grading, and final delivery, as required.
• Identify creative and production challenges and proactively develop solutions without compromising creative intent.
• Ensure all work meets agreed creative, technical, brand, quality, and timeline standards.
• Manage production estimates, quotations, negotiations, POs, and vendor payments.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation across all project stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, creative teams, and production partners.
• Stay updated with new production techniques, creative technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
