Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our performance-driven marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media campaigns for multiple clients while acting as the primary point of contact. The role requires a blend of social media strategy, client servicing, content planning, shoot coordination, creative oversight, and performance analysis to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, target audience, and business goals.
• Build monthly and quarterly content and social media strategies, including content pillars, platform strategy, campaign concepts, and growth initiatives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for reels, static posts, carousels, stories, videos, and other social media formats.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-ground shoots and content production for clients, including pre-production planning, shot lists, references, scripting, props, locations, and coordination with photographers and videographers.
• Work closely with the creative, content, design, video, and performance marketing teams to ensure shoots and campaigns are executed on time and as per strategy.
• Oversee the content production process from concept development and shoot execution to editing, approvals, and publishing.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to improve content performance, audience engagement, and overall social media growth.
• Lead client meetings, present monthly/quarterly campaign reports, and communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable social media strategies.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content trends, emerging formats, audience opportunities, and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, creator trends, and emerging content formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, shoots, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong experience in social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and brand building.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Hands-on experience in planning and coordinating social media shoots and content production.
• Strong understanding of content formats, creative storytelling, and what drives engagement across platforms.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, client servicing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and convert insights into strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, shoots, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing social media strategies and campaign concepts from scratch.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
• Experience with shoot planning, scripting, production coordination, and content direction.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led content is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into creative, brand-relevant social media content.
