Job summary

Strobe Works is seeking a hands-on Creative Producer in Mumbai to manage end-to-end production for luxury hospitality shoots. You will plan pre-production, coordinate with stylists, photographers, and other partners, and ensure on-set execution aligns with the creative brief and timelines.

Job Description

The Creative Producer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process for luxury hospitality shoots, from pre-production planning to final content delivery.

The role requires strong production planning, vendor management and on-ground execution capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate closely with the Social Media and Studio teams to ensure every shoot is creatively aligned, operationally seamless and delivered within committed timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on studio experience and a strong understanding of lifestyle and luxury hospitality productions, with extensive experience in developing Production Planning Meetings (PPMs).

Key Responsibility Areas 1. Pre-Production & Planning

• Manage external vendor relationships, including stylists, photographers, cinematographers and other production partners.
• Lead the pre-production process in collaboration with the Social Media and Studio teams.
• Review creative moodboards and translate them into comprehensive production plans.
• Develop and manage PPMs, styling decks, casting decks, shoot schedules and detailed requirement lists.
• Ensure all creative, logistical and production requirements are identified and aligned before the shoot.
• Take ownership of the overall pre-production process and ensure the team is adequately prepared for execution.

2. Production & On-Set Management

• Manage on-ground shoot execution, ensuring schedules and timelines are adhered to.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure all shoot-related requirements and arrangements are in place.
• Conduct team briefings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the creative vision and shoot objectives.
• Maintain creative quality through regular reviews and coordination with key production team members.
• Manage on-set challenges proactively and ensure minimal disruption to the shoot.
• Oversee data management, footage backups and timely transfer of production files.

3. Post-Production & Delivery

• Conduct detailed creative walkthroughs with the editing team, along with the Director, to ensure clarity on the intended storytelling and final output.
• Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure deliverables meet the creative brief and quality expectations.
• Track post-production progress and ensure delivery within committed timelines.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding on-set challenges, production dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks across the post-production process.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative production, studio management or production coordination.
• Relevant studio experience with active involvement in lifestyle, luxury hospitality and commercial shoots.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and managing PPMs.
• Strong understanding of pre-production planning, styling, casting, vendor coordination and shoot logistics.
• Experience managing external production vendors and on-ground production teams.
• Good understanding of photography and cinematography workflows, creative storytelling and post-production processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
