Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in creative, branded content, digital or advertising production.
• Strong experience managing shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
• Deep understanding of short-form, creator-led and platform-native content.
• Excellent vendor, creator, and production management skills.
• Experience handling production budgets, negotiations and timelines.
• Knowledge of talent rights, music licensing, and production documentation.
• Comfortable travelling frequently for shoots.
• Experience using AI to streamline production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production from brief to final delivery.
• Convert creative ideas into production plans, shot lists, schedules and successful shoots.

• Produce high-performing content across Instagram, YouTube, Meta and other social platforms.
• Lead travel shoots across multiple destinations while handling changing schedules, weather, permissions and on-ground challenges.
• Ensure every shoot captures all required assets for social, brand and performance marketing.
• Work closely with editors through post-production to deliver polished final content.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Firefly, Midjourney, Descript, ElevenLabs and Frame.io to improve production speed and quality.

Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai, and we're looking for a Creative Producer who can transform ambitious ideas into exceptional travel content.

This is more than a production coordination role. You'll own projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every shoot is creatively impactful, commercially efficient and delivered on time.

You'll work across creator campaigns, destination films, tourism boards, branded content, performance creatives and original travel formats.
