Job summary

Talking Tree Media, a Bangalore-based production house with 11 years in Advertising Films and Digital Videos, is looking for a hands-on creative collaborator to take projects from concept development to final cut.

You will create pitch materials, guide location scouting, casting and production approaches, and work with the Line Producer, DOP and editors to translate ideas into execution. Open for Bengaluru candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Take creative projects from concept development to final film, ensuring the idea remains strong throughout.
• Create pitch decks, treatments, mood boards and visual references for client presentations.
• Research and develop references, locations, casting, visual styles and production approaches for films.
• Collaborate with the Line Producer, AD team, DOP, editor and other production departments to translate the creative vision into execution.
• Be involved in shoots and post-production, providing creative inputs and ensuring consistency with the original concept.
• Explore new storytelling formats, trends, AI tools and production techniques to bring fresh ideas to films and content.
• Work closely with the Creative Director/Director and client servicing team to refine ideas and incorporate feedback.

Job description

We are an 11-year-old Bangalore-based Production House specialising in Advertising Films and Digital Videos, with Pan-India Projects & Clients. We are a small, close-knit team of around 15 people with an extended network of 50+ remote and hybrid Resources on project-basis.
