Job summary

Based in Jayanagar, you will work in a hybrid model, coordinating with editors, designers and freelancers to bring ideas to life and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas for social media, campaigns and brand films.

• Guide and edit AI-assisted drafts to fit brand voice.
• Turn ideas into shot lists, shoot plans and production briefs.
• Coordinate shoot dates, locations, talent, clients, freelancers and logistics.
• Be present on shoots to ensure content is captured as planned.
• Prepare briefs and handover notes for editors and designers.
• Track feedback, timelines and deliverables across projects.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who can come up with original content ideas, write them well and help coordinate the shoots required to bring them to life.

Writing is a core part of this role. You should be comfortable developing concepts, scripts, captions and social media copy, while also helping plan and execute the content.

What you’ll do

• Develop content ideas for social media, campaigns and brand films.
• Write scripts, captions, post copy and creative concepts across different brand voices.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to develop and refine ideas, without relying on raw, copy-pasted output.
• Edit and rewrite until the work feels natural, specific and appropriate for the brand.
• Turn approved ideas into shot lists, shoot plans and clear production requirements.
• Coordinate shoot dates, locations, talent, clients, freelancers and logistics.
• Be present on shoots and help ensure the planned content is captured.
• Prepare clear briefs and handover notes for editors and designers.
• Track feedback, timelines and deliverables across projects.
• Contribute to client conversations, brainstorms and monthly content planning.

• Good editorial judgement and the ability to recognise writing that feels generic, artificial or out of character.
• The discernment to question, edit and improve AI-generated work instead of simply accepting its first output.
• Original ideas and a genuine interest in storytelling and social content.
• Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
• Some experience working on shoots or coordinating content production.
• The ability to take initiative, follow through and manage changing requirements.
• Based in Bangalore and comfortable attending shoots and working from our Jayanagar office.
