Job summary

Sunfox Technologies is seeking a Creative Head to lead a hands-on design team, shaping visual identity and brand strategy. You will design top-tier assets, mentor designers, and bridge high-level strategy with pixel-perfect execution.

You will drive creative concepts, lead strategy sessions, and present work to key stakeholders, ensuring quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Portfolio must showcase exceptional design execution, art direction, and conceptual thinking.
• 5+ years of overall experience in visual design/creative roles with at least 2 years of direct team management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and modern UI/design tools (Figma).
• Leadership style balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
• Strong presentation, feedback, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution of top-tier design assets, brand identities, and key campaign visuals.
• Direct, mentor, and manage a design team including copywriters and content creators.
• Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts and present to stakeholders.
