Role Overview

The Creative Executive (Content Creation) will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital platforms. The role requires creativity, storytelling ability, visual sense, and understanding of audience psychology (especially parents and students).

Key Responsibilities

1.Content Development

• Create engaging content for social media, website, marketing campaigns, carousels, and leadership clips
• Develop captions, ad copies, scripts, and student success stories

2.Video & Creative Direction

• Conceptualize ideas for reels, short videos, and promotional content
• Assist in scripting and coordinating content shoots

3.Branding & Communication

• Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging
• Support internal and external communication campaigns

4.Campaign Execution Support

• Plan and manage content calendars
• Track performance metrics and suggest content improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in content creation, digital marketing, or branding
• Experience in education or ed-tech is an added advantage
