Job summary
Heads Up For Tails in Gurgaon is seeking a Creative Photo & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience to join the HUFT Creative Studio. The role focuses on photo editing and retouching, with basic video editing to support social media and campaigns.
You will work hands-on, delivering high-quality imagery while maintaining HUFT’s premium visual identity. Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, plus AI tools, is required, and you’ll collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketers.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in photo editing and retouching.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience in D2C, consumer, retail, e‑commerce or agency environments is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, composition and visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead photo editing and retouching for product, campaign, lifestyle and e-commerce imagery.
- Perform colour correction, skin/product retouching, background clean-ups, compositing and image manipulation while maintaining HUFT’s premium visual identity.
- Create and edit product compositions, campaign creatives and digital-ready imagery across formats.
- Create 3D mockups and visual adaptations for product launches and marketing requirements.
- Resize, optimise and adapt images for social media, performance marketing, website, marketplaces and retail communication.
- Support the team with basic video editing for Reels, product videos, BTS content and social media assets.
- Add basic cuts, transitions, subtitles, music and simple motion elements to videos.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers and marketers to execute creative briefs.
- Manage multiple requests and quick turnarounds while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Explore and use AI tools to improve image creation, enhancement, retouching and overall creative productivity.

This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong photo‑editing craft, attention to detail, speed, and a curiosity to use AI to enhance creative workflows.

Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Higgsfield or similar tools for image generation, enhancement, background replacement, retouching, ideation and creative production.
