Job summary

Pocket FM, the world's largest audio-series platform, seeks a Creative Director – Generative AI to unite storytelling, filmmaking, visual direction, and AI. You’ll own end-to-end AI video production, break down scripts into visuals, and push prompts to deliver high-quality assets, collaborating with writers and production teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative direction, filmmaking, visual storytelling.
• Understanding of narrative visualization across media, OTT, advertising, or promos.
• Hands-on with Generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, pacing, tone, and mood.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Interest in AI, emergent content formats, and future of visual storytelling.

We're looking for a Creative Director – Generative AIwho can bring together storytelling,filmmaking, visual direction, and AI to create scroll-stopping, story-first video content.

What You'll Own

• Lead the visual game: Own end-to-end production of AI-generated videos using text-to-image and image/video generation tools
• Think shot-by-shot: Break down scripts into characters, environments, scenes, compositions, and camera language
• Prompt like a pro: Build, test, and optimize prompts to turn creative concepts into high-quality visual assets
• Tell stories, not just make pretty frames: Ensure every shot serves the narrative, pacing, emotion, and overall creative vision
• Stay ahead of the AI curve:Constantly experiment with new models, workflows, tools, and techniques and figure out what’s actually worth using
• Raise the creative bar: Review outputs, maintain quality, and mentor junior creatives.
• Build what's next: Experiment with new workflows and ideas that make AI-powered visual storytelling faster, smarter, and better
• Collaborate closely with writers and production teams to bring every story beat to life, balancing creative vision, pacing, and deadlines

What You Bring

• 4+ yearsof experience in creative direction, filmmaking, visual storytelling, or a related creative field
• A strong understanding of narrative visualization, ideally across media, OTT, advertising, or promotional content
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms. Prompting experience is a plus
• A seriously good eye for visual storytelling, composition, pacing, tone, and mood.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative and production teams
• A genuine interest in AI, emerging content formats, and where visual storytelling is headed next
• The ability to move fast, handle multiple projects, experiment fearlessly, and still deliver quality
