HOGWARTS E-LEARNING UNIVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Creative Director for TrueFan AI in Gurugram, on-site. You will blend creative excellence with a strong understanding of sales and business outcomes, working closely with Marketing and Product to craft pitches, campaigns, demos, and customer-facing content.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in Creative Direction, Advertising, Brand, Content, or Creative Marketing.
• Experience working with B2B/SaaS is preferred.
• Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling customer-facing narratives.
• Strong understanding of digital content, video, branding, and marketing.
• Experience managing creative teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Mid journey, Canva AI, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create customised creative concepts and proposals for prospects.
• Translate TrueFan AI’s technology and product capabilities into simple, engaging business stories.
• Develop industry-specific use cases and creative campaigns for customers.
• Work closely with Sales to understand prospect requirements and create relevant solutions.
• Lead and mentor designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative resources.
• Build scalable creative templates and sales enablement assets.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation.
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and AI-video capabilities.
• Track creative performance and use sales/customer feedback to improve content.

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director who can combine creative excellence with a strong understanding of sales

and business outcomes. You will work closely with the Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling

pitches, campaigns, demos, and customer-facing content that helps convert prospects into customers.

What We’re Looking For
