Job summary

Narayana Health in Bengaluru is seeking a senior graphic designer to create engaging visual content that supports brand, marketing and communications goals across digital and offline channels.

You will design for social media, websites, campaigns, brochures and presentations, collaborating with content, marketing and HR to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

Portfolio required; 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

To create engaging and impactful visual content that supports Narayana Health's brand, marketing, communication, and business objectives across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and offline communication.
• Create visual content for social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, internal communications, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design brochures, posters, banners, infographics, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
• Ensure all creative assets follow Narayana Health's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to develop effective communication materials.
• Manage multiple design requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to finalise creative assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layouts, and visual composition.
• Good knowledge of digital and social media creative requirements.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or visual communication.

Preferred: Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing creative, digital, and branding work.
