Student Forge is seeking a Creative & Design Lead to join our Event Wing. You will develop visually engaging designs to strengthen event branding and boost audience engagement, collaborating with marketing, content, and event teams to deliver assets for digital and offline campaigns.

You will design posters, social media graphics, and event merchandise while ensuring brand consistency across all assets and supporting live event branding.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Ability to design for both digital and print media and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design posters, banners, brochures, and event branding materials.
• Create engaging social media creatives and promotional graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all event assets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams.
• Design presentation decks, certificates, and event merchandise.
• Prepare ready-to-share digital design files.
