Job summary

Lascade is seeking a Content Producer & Video Editor to transform ideas into high‑quality video content for marketing, product launches, social media, and brand storytelling.

You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging videos, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams, and ensure visual identity consistency across platforms. A strong portfolio and 2–5 years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Content Production, or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Produce product demo videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and launch campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create compelling visual content.
• Design eye‑catching creatives for advertisements, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.
• Manage content production workflows from concept to final delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Maintain consistency in Lascade’s visual identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Content Production, or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
