Lascade is seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging documentation and content for our software products, AI tools, and SaaS platforms. You will translate complex tech into user-friendly content for developers and customers.

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams; produce blogs, product pages, tutorials, help center articles, API docs, and release notes while aligning with brand voice and SEO basics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Writing, or Content Marketing.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience writing for software, SaaS, AI, APIs, or technology products.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality technical articles, blogs, landing pages, product pages, and user guides.
• Create product documentation, feature announcements, FAQs, tutorials, and help center articles.
