We need someone who can transform ideas into high-quality videos and visual content for marketing, product launches, social media, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing or Content Production.
• Strong portfolio of video editing and creative work.
• Proficiency in listed editing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish high-quality video content for social media and marketing.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Produce product demo videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and launch campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create visual content.
• Design eye-catching creatives for ads, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.
• Manage content production workflows from concept to final delivery.
• Stay updated with latest content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Maintain consistency in Lascade’s visual identity across all platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Produce product demo videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and launch campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create compelling visual content.
• Design eye-catching creatives for advertisements, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.
• Manage content production workflows from concept to final delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Maintain consistency in Lascade’s visual identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Content Production, or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
• Motion Graphics and Animation experience.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Photography and lighting knowledge.
